Returns and complaints
Practical rules for returns, withdrawal from the contract and product complaints.

Product return
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 100 days of receiving the parcel. The product should be complete, clean and fit for resale.
How to request a return
- Prepare the order number and contact details.
- Contact support at contact@zira.pl.
- Send the product back according to the support instructions.
Refund
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless another method is agreed with the customer.
Complaints
Complaints can be sent to contact@zira.pl. Include the order number, defect description and product photos.
