Orders
- The customer places an order through the cart or product purchase link.
- Displayed prices are gross prices and include VAT.
- The sales contract is concluded after the store confirms the order.
- The store may refuse fulfilment if the product is unavailable or order data is incomplete.
Payments
Available payment methods depend on the delivery country and are displayed in checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by carriers shown in the cart. In-stock products are usually dispatched within 24 business hours.
Returns and complaints
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 100 days of receiving the parcel, provided the product has not been used beyond normal inspection.
Customer account
A customer account allows order history and purchase data to be checked. The customer is responsible for login data confidentiality.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in line with the privacy policy.
